Based on the problems of insufficient supply of materials and heavy disinfection tasks during theprevention and control of major outbreaks, we study the systematic procedures and applications of medicalmaterial handling robots, multi-scene disinfection robots, medical assistant robots, prevention and control robots,and production resumption robots. Moreover, we comparatively analyze the current situation of key technologiesof pandemic emergency prevention and control robots, such as environmental perception, autonomous navigation,motion planning, and 5G communication technology.

In this review, we analyze and study the characteristics, current status, developing trend, and bot?tleneck technologies of active phased array antennas by highlighting the high-resolution earth observation mi?crowave imaging radar demands for highly-efficient, low-profile, and lightweight antennas. We present the con?cept and contents of antenna array microsystem and several leading-edge technology issues based on predicationsof integrated circuits (ICs) development in the post Moore era. The multi-physics coupling model under themicro-nano scale involved in antenna array microsystem, critical technologies such as microwave semiconductorICs, hybrid/heterogeneous integration, packaging and functional materials, and their solutions are described andexplored. This study prospects the antenna array microsystem potentially applied in the next generation ofmicrowave imaging radar.
