The cubic phase nano barium titanate powder is prepared by atmospheric pressure hydrothermal method,using BaCl2 and TiCl4 as the raw materials,sodium hydroxide as the mineralizer,and PVP ( Polyvinylpyrrolidone,molecular weight 10000) as the dispersant. By controlling the amount of PVP added,the barium titanate powder with high dispersion was obtained. And the tetragonal barium titanate powders with particle size of about 230 nm,uniform particle size distribution and good dispersion were prepared by the calcination at 975 ℃ for 5 h. |
