In addition, we discuss the future direction of the development in CEM for analysis of the LFPSs.

This paper provides a novel design scheme for the precise signal guidance application of small fully polarimetric phased array radar. On the condition of dual—polarized mode, the radar may suffer from the noise and the clutter, and it poses a significant challenge to detecting and tracking weak targets. To address this problem, a nove l joint particle fllter algorithm, which can handle dual—polarized data of weak target, is proposed.
